Outlook E-mail Problem

Problem:
After, creating a new user login account in Windows Server 2000, we were able to RECEIVE emails from Outlook software, but we were unable to SEND emails.

Solution:
Problem was solved by following method,
Open Outlook software, click on Tool menu and click on E-mail Account.
Click on View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next button.
Select your name and click on Change button.
Now click on more settings... button.
Click on Outgoing Server Tab and Enable check on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and then click on Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
Now click on OK button, Now problem is solver.
