Oracle Database Application Problem

Problem:
One user tells me that in my PC Oracle Application not working properly.

Solution
Java application is very necessary of Oracle Application. First I check Java is installed or not in this PC, that is Installed, then what’s problem. I think user update Java Application, so I remove Java Application and reinstall Java Application on this computer and restart this PC. Now I try to run Oracle Application Oh great that’s running good.

Wireless network connection problem

Problem:
One user complains about network connection (WLAN).

Solution:
In our Sugar Mill, there is also Wireless Network available. We change our TP-Link wireless switch, according to our need, so I go to user computer and give it an IP address and change gateway as well. (Previously it has no IP address and it detects auto settings.)
Steps to give IP address and gateway:
Click on start menu Button

Click on Setting > Control Panel >

Double Click on Network Connections.

Right click on connection and click on Properties.

Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click on Properties.

First check on Use the following IP address and give your new IP address and Default gateway.

Now click on OK button.
You have done it.

Computer will not display

Problem:
One user PC have hardware problem, its PC did not display on screen (Monitor).

Solution:
First I check its Monitor data cable, then I check PC RAM (Random Access Memory) because I know that when any PC do not display, there are three main reasons,

1. Unplug the Monitor data cable,

2. RAM is loss or not inserted,

3. Processor not connected properly.

In this case PC RAM was expire mean burn due to short-circuit. I change PC RAM and then PC display on screen.

User Login Problem

Problem:Today we face a new problem, in our Mill network all user login not connect with our userserver machine. It is really a big problem.

Solution:Problem solve by just restart our userserver machine, it is so simple.

Internet problems

Problem:
One user complain me that I have internet browsing problem on my PC so please solve it.

Solution:
First of all I check other computers in our network for internet browsing, all computer works good. Now I check this user PC there is really a problem. First I open Internet Explorer and go to Tools Menu> Internet Options > Connections > LAN Setting > Under Proxy Server I see this it is unchecked, so I click on box of ([] use a proxy server...) and write our server name in Address box (mailserver) and port in Port box (8080), finally save this setting and restart Internet Explorer and type the google website now it is works good.

Problem in view hidden files

Problem:
User complained to me that my computer did not show my hidden files in my computer.
Solution:
First of all I check that Hidden files show or not from My Computer>Tools>Folder Options>View>Show hidden files and folders. Everything is right, but hidden files and folders can't show, that's problem. It means this computer is infected with some virus, so I install an anti-virus and remove all virus from computer and restart the computer. Now problem solve, hidden files and folders are shows now.

Send and Receive email problem

Problem:
Can not SEND and RECEIVE e-mail from outlook express software.

Solution:
Problem were solved through DHCP Protocol were disabled from ISA server (its is a software and install in our server machine) of mailserver ( it is name of our server machine)

Forget password or computer can not except it.

Problem:
One user ask my that my Computer can not excep user Password.

Solution:
I check keyboard Numlook key LED it was no blanking and check mouse it was no responding.
So First I do that power off computer by pressing power button for few seconds. When computer completely power off then I check all cable connection and Start the computer, now keyboard and mouse perfectly working and except the user password.

Outlook E-mail Problem

Problem:
After, creating a new user login account in Windows Server 2000, we were able to RECEIVE emails from Outlook software, but we were unable to SEND emails.

Solution:
Problem was solved by following method,
Open Outlook software, click on Tool menu and click on E-mail Account.
Click on View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next button.
Select your name and click on Change button.
Now click on more settings... button.
Click on Outgoing Server Tab and Enable check on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and then click on Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
Now click on OK button, Now problem is solver.
